Right about now during Juicing January you’re probably craving a cocktail. Perhaps something with a little kick?
Well I made this juice the other day and it hit the spot. A homemade version of V8 juice. It’s still healthy, non alcoholic and most importantly… satisfying.
2 8oz. servings
You will need:
– 4 cups of kale
– 4 Roma tomatoes
– 2 stalks of celery
– 1/2 red pepper
– 2 carrot
– 1/2 cucumber
– 1/2 lemon
– 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
– 3 shots of tabasco *optional
